Retirement bingo – yea it’s cheap … but would you want to live there
Not entirely sure what criteria this author was using to list places to live or retire. Her only concern seems to be “Is it cheap” and not “will I be killed”. Regardless of whatever you consider a must have, I don’t think recommending living in the middle of a war zone, with millions fleeing as refugees would top any list… except this one:
