Wallis and Futuna stamps

Wallis and Futuna stamps have a few great designs to look at.  Familiar French designers, like illustrator and engraver Jean-Jacques Mahuteau, have a hand in Wallis stamps, so the designs might feel familiar. Mahuteau created what I think was on of the best Year of the Ox stamps for 2021. His Wallis and Futuna Lunar New Year series would make great posters:

Wallis et Futuna Year of the pig 2019 Wallis et Futuna Year of the dog 2018 2020 Year of the Rat

The rat painting its own characters is my favourite.

I know FDCs exist for many of the Wallis and Futuna stamps, but I’ve not spotted one in the wild yet. If you happen to have any and would like to share a scan, drop a mention in the comments and I’ll send you my email.
