Not only are subjects and release dates for Lithuanian stamps 2021 available, Lietuvos paštas has lists for 2022 and 2023. It’s normally like pulling teeth without anesthesia trying to find upcoming issues. Not Lithuanians! They deserve an award for efficiency.
The 2021 list didn’t include a lot of details, but at least currently issued stamps include designers. If I find information on them, I’ll come back and update with links.

Christmas and New Years
2 stamps, FDC, cancel
One of the festive stamps depicts an ancient Lithuanian mythological creature – a deer nine-year-old carrying celestial bodies in its horns.
Various mythological sources say that the white deer escapes into the forests during the solstice and returns at Christmas. On this trip, the deer takes nine days, so the deer is called a nine-year-old. It is believed that it bears the sun in its horns, so the deer nine symbolizes the light returned to Earth, and at the same time the most beautiful celebrations of the year – St. Peter’s Square – are brought to each house. Christmas. The second postage stamp depicts a holiday symbol that is familiar to everyone – a gift. It is decorated with a ribbon, which serves as an extension of the illustration of the nine celestial bodies carried by the deer depicted in the first postage stamp.
