The 2024 Swiss Crypto Stamp 4.0 (stamps and NFT) are offering collectors a fun tour throughout the mountainous country. Each stamp visits a different part of Switzerland and has Marmi the Marmot enjoying different activities.
The stamps come in 4 varieties: release date: Basic Edition, Special Edition, Wallpaper Edition and Unique Edition. The Basic will be released into the wild on April 24, 2024. The Special Edition and Wallpaper Edition will arrive on April 25, 2024.
Switzerland opted to use AI generated art for the Marmi series. As delightful as each stamp is, hopefully this doesn’t become a trend. I look forward to seeing artists designs and imagination each year and would find an AI trend devastating for the hobby. It would strip away the fun of tracking artists and photographers and destroy specific niche collections.
